All my husband and I knew is that we wanted a change. A change from our apartment, a change from our atmosphere and a change from our noisy surroundings. We did not know if we could afford a coop, condo or house in the area that we wanted to live in. We knew that we didn't want to live in another apartment. We wanted something that was ours. Mr. Warner took us through the whole process step by step. Egen informed us of everything. Almost everyday he called to make sure that we were fine, certain paper work was done, coach us through the board interview, and if their was anything we needed to do. He was marvelous. When we finally closed, he was their afterwards to help us with other little things. If I were to write everything Egen did to help us, it would be a novel. He is definitely a God sent.
