Let me explain how I work. I prefer to meet with buyers at my office first for a formal sit down interview. I will prefer buyers to interview me first to see if they would like to work with me. I can also explain the process and discuss certain aspects in complete detail so we can obtain a smooth successful transaction.  I found that this works in the buyer best intrest so we can clear up any misconception on how the process works and I can explain and review the way the new system works.  Things are done differently according to what kind of property you are planning to purchase.
